Founded in December 2020 and headquartered in Kajang, Selangor, LWPM was strategically established in a region rich with strata developments that allow us to serve a growing portfolio of properties with proximity, agility, and insight. This location offers proximity to a diverse range of developments, enabling us to respond swiftly and effectively to the evolving needs of property owners, residents, and committee members. Our journey began with our first site in Semenyih in January 2021, and since then, our footprint has expanded significantly, with Putrajaya emerging as one of our most actively managed regions.
As our portfolio grew, so did our team. Today, LWPM proudly operates with a dynamic workforce of over 70 professionals, including both headquarters and on-site staff from just a modest team. Each team member is carefully trained to deliver seamless service to residents and management committees, ensuring that every property is managed with precision, professionalism, and a deep understanding of community needs.
